#25 New Blender Legacy icons / new icon naming scheme / changed icon lookup function

Added new Blender Legacy icons and introduced new icon naming scheme, changed icon function in ui.py accordingly. Lots of icon themes did not work properly before, because some of the chosen icon names were specific to breeze. tested the new names with 15+ different popular themes without any problems. icon names changed in - comments.py - publish.py - url.py - run.py icon lookup function changed in - ui.py the rest is just new, renamed and removed icon files
