First of all, I do not want to reject this idea. However, I do want to say that I think that it isn't a big use-case. As I see it, people will either want to have the original titles/descriptions and display it in English or want localised titles/descriptions and display it in their native language.

I deliberately made the font size smaller in order not to clutter the 'card' too much. Why do you think it is too small?

I am afraid that I do not really agree. I understand that the button does not serve a purpose for you, but at the same time the button shouldn't really be a bother either (since it's hidden in the corner of the toolbar). Since I'd rather not add too much settings.
