#72 de-bashify the build system. make it portable (bsd shells, busybox, etc). detect an accomodate different CCs (or maybe use coreboot crossgcc for everything). bootstrap the libraries / toolchains, make everything portable between distros basically

the current build system "works" but isn't truly portable to all systems

providing static linked executables isn't possible with lbmk either. the libreboot 20160907 utils archive was done manually, but i want to automate it in lbmk

libreboot supports bsd systems but the build system doesn't work very well on bsd systems. you cannot build libreboot on openbsd, for example

all of this can be fixed
