#72de-bashify the build system. make it portable (bsd shells, busybox, etc). detect an accomodate different CCs (or maybe use coreboot crossgcc for everything). bootstrap the libraries / toolchains, make everything portable between distros basically

providing static linked executables isn't possible with lbmk either. the libreboot 20160907 utils archive was done manually, but i want to automate it in lbmk
libreboot supports bsd systems but the build system doesn't work very well on bsd systems. you cannot build libreboot on openbsd, for example
