Some updates for the docker build

  • Remove nginx from the container
  • Convert container to pure php-fpm so it can work with existing web server configs more simply
  • Shuffle halcyon install path inside container to avoid having to update web server configs further
  • Add proper readme in docker directory give examples on hwo to build, configure and run
