For checking this you need first see if can be Corebooted https://coreboot.org/status/board-status.html, if it is check if you need blobs, if does cannot proceed, if doesn’t rejoice! You can ask for it!, if no Coreboot support to your board, you can check if your chipset is compatible here https://www.coreboot.org/Supported_Chipsets_and_Devices if it is you can port it to coreboot(lots of heavy work, there are giant guides for this), if isn’t you’ Pretty much screwed.

QX9300 is a Intel Xtreme processor, which may be undervolting itself due to thermal conditions(how hot is it running?) Coreboot may not be doing this due to a different Temperature/throttling curve(inside a blob?), try using a Blobless coreboot and send logs here.
