- vegetable oil
- red wine vinegar
- 1 bag froxen mixed veggies
- 3 large carrots
- 1-3 cloves garlic
- 2 pieces candied ginger
- 1.5 large onions
- red thai chilli sauce
- umami spice
- * creme cheese
- * finnish rye crackers
- cut up veggies, fry carrots in oil, add onions, umami, frozen veggies, red wine venegar, cut up candied ginger and garlic add them too, top with red chilli sauce
- cook until everything is chewy
- put creme cheese thinly spread on cracker, put veggies on top, eat
