  3. 1 bag froxen mixed veggies
  4. 3 large carrots
  5. 1-3 cloves garlic
  6. 2 pieces candied ginger
  7. 1.5 large onions
  8. red thai chilli sauce
  9. umami spice
  10. * creme cheese
  11. * finnish rye crackers
  12. cut up veggies, fry carrots in oil, add onions, umami, frozen veggies, red wine venegar, cut up candied ginger and garlic add them too, top with red chilli sauce
  13. cook until everything is chewy
  14. put creme cheese thinly spread on cracker, put veggies on top, eat
