jambuvant

Jambuvant is a jammer which detects the electromagnetic signals around us and generates electromagnetic waves with enough intensity to disable unwanted communication around us.

Jambuvant works on analog electronics and the principle,

"Transmitted signal power >> Received signal power" - Shouribhrata Chatterjee.

Logic of Jambuvant:

• Take signal from antenna, which is a piece of metal which takes in magnetic fields around it and generates a current.
• Most signals which are sin waves in air, when detected, are amplified using multiple gva-63+ IC.

• ltc5531 IC detects the the signal and outputs a current which maps to the frequency of electromagnetic wave.

• lmx2487 IC takes in a relevant signal and outputs a frequency which is fed to the antenna, if needed through an amplifier.

Principles of Jambuvant:

• Know your hardware and ICs. If needed, replace with a better more abundant IC.
• Maximize number of ICs while minimizing logic needed.

eg.Good - Replace an amplifier with mosfet and passives. Bad - Replace an amplifier with a complex logic which doesn't simplify.

• Mechanical oscillations -> Electrical oscillations (-> Physical Oscillations) vibrating crystal -> Switching MOSFET -> charging LC capacitor (not in jambuvant)
