removed old blockout gridmap from pushandpush level, it caused an invisible wall / collision that I removed in the final version, but the blockout gridmap was only hidden, not deleted

This randomize gridmap tool was the very very first thing I did in 2023 (except for sleeping, waking up, breakfast and starting the computer xD) Happy new year and HAPPY BIRTHDAY Gridmap Randomisation Tool (Yes, and I love really reallly really long commit messages like that, just for fun xD xD XD and to make it even longer than it would be else)

A lot of good new stuff, the grinding tool, tools breaking now when something falls over it, and the new stone piles that can be grinded (=removed) and hurt the player when falling on them
