#+BEGIN_SRC emacs-lisp M-x package-install insert-shebang #+END_SRC
• Copy insert-shebang.el file to your ~/.emacs.d directory
#+BEGIN_SRC bash cp insert-shebang/insert-shebang.el ~/.emacs.d/ #+END_SRC

• and add following code in your ~/.emacs file
#+BEGIN_SRC emacs-lisp (load "~/.emacs.d/insert-shebang.el") #+END_SRC

Usage

• Adds shebang line for every new file created(bash, python, perl, ruby and emacs)
• Prompts user if shebang line is missing for already created file
