Fixed crash when config.txt did not exist (thanks to darkfrei for the report).
Fixed crash in dedicated server mode in case of certain problems.

Changes with respect to original:
- Run in Löve 11.1+ only.
- Include a command-line option
--dedicatedto run headless without needing a separate installation of LuaJIT et al. - Remove camera rotation.
Internal changes:
- Disable unused modules.
- Add a Makefile to create the .love.
- Don't load unused libraries.
