#71 TODO: add/test hp elitebook 8460p (sandybridge laptop) and samsung chromebook plus (gru-kevin rockchip laptop). macc24 in #coreboot has these for testing

for the gru-kevin one, uboot will need to be integrated into retroboot macc24 hasn't gotten coreboot working on it so just uses stock firmware with depthcharge, but depthcharge is crap (I want uboot in retroboot. not depthcharge). according to macc24, alpernebbi has worked on uboot before for this machine. i need to contact that person
