#27 improve tianocore stuff

                Note to self for when I get back:

                Re-visit tweaking tianocore stuff in coreboot
                1) Just *remove* anything from coreboot git that
                   download tianocore.
                2) Make the "build" in Makefile not do clean first
                3) Add clean script for libreboot that goes
                   into coreboot and runs make clean on tianocore
                4) Add build module command for tianocore
                5) Add build payload command that just copies tiano from cb
                6) Remove openssl/iPXE stuff from x230 tianocore for now
                2) Add Tianocore to T60 and test it

                All of this is just for shits and/or giggles. stay tuned!
