Add exec into .exe to close out console window

  • 85d1188e14 Add exec into .exe to close out console window Previously the .bat was waiting for the .exe command to end before exiting out of the entire script. Now with the `start`, the script gives full control to the app and closes the console window. This helps with things like steam knowing which app is the main app while removing extraneous windows.
