#73 Add build dependencies for Fedora 35. Fix flashrom build failure with GCC 11.

Based on work done by qeeg for osboot. I fixed several errors and missing dependencies.

I also added a flag to prevent warnings to be treated as errors when building flashrom. This fixes a build failure with GCC 11.
