#15 Replace #!/bin/bash with #!/usr/bin/env bash

vimuser sapludināja 1 revīzijas no noisytoot/master uz libreboot/master 3 gadi atpakaļ

This makes it more portable (it works with all systems with env in /usr/bin, which includes NixOS and now Guix System).

the build script hasn't been converted, it's still specifying /bin/sh but i can fix that myself
