#64 vitali64 irc report: internal keyboard unresponsive on macbook21 when plugging in to the first usb port

Turning it off increases boot speeds, and the usb debug code if left on has been known to cause problems for some people. Most people are never going to use that feature, and the types of people that do will no doubt be saavy enough to just turn it on and recompile and reflash
