#18 contact alpernebbi about uboot on arm devices

i want to get uboot working on a bunch of arm chromebooks (currently, they all use depthcharge). this person may be able to assist the libreboot project

this person seems to be in the irc channel. i've suggested that macc24 work with them.

macc24 also suggested that i contact hanetzer
