Sometimes when VCStudio starts it waits for long with a blurred frame. It's due to it's trying to download the Update information. And NotABug servers are not very responsive when i do testing and restart the software bazillion times.

Something has to be done with it. Perhaps a setting not to download update info on the start. But then we need a button to do that later on. IDK. What yo think?
