It looks like whoever did the web-browsers added the same data about the programming languages and license. MPL-2.0 and JavaScript. When for Example Firefox is written mostly in C and C++. And Brave and such are ( as far as I know ) not under the MPL license.
Also, most browsers can open pdf files. So it's good to insert a pdf into files it can open. Most people don't think about it. But you can switch from Adobe Acrobat to Firefox.
I would also suggest adding http into the networks that it can read and write.
