#21 Language Packs ( not only English FastLBRY )

We can probably support more than one language. I already did something like this [in VCStudio](https://notabug.org/jyamihud/VCStudio/src/master/settings/languages) with the help of [this script](https://notabug.org/jyamihud/VCStudio/src/master/settings/talk.py).

Why not use something like GNU gettext?

Never tried it. But I do know very well how to work with VCStudio one. Since I wrote it. LOL.
