CAT-SOOP 13 is getting rid of jQuery, Bootstrap, and SweetAlert.

These patches are an attempt to make the queue work and look decent without those things. There is probably still some work left to be done.

An alternative would be to have the queue itself load Bootstrap and SweetAlert. I'm not sure which is the right one to prefer.
