#37 some minor fixes to stop php from yelling at me

Sorry,for messing up the first thing again :( That was already fixed but I forgot to copy it to my dev server and when fixing another thing,I destroyed that one again. It's fixed now and the release recreated. The second one does only happen one time if you were logged in to a version before 2.0.2 and upgraded. Logout and login again and it's gone forever.
