Your number of toots, following, and followers displayed on the timeline differs from what is displayed on your profile. The numbers on the profile agree with what Mastodon displays.

That's a known issue which isn't that easy to fix. The profile always fetches fresh data from Mastodon so it must be the correct number there. The number for the timeline is fetched at the start of the session to reduce API requests and then calculated from your actions like posting,following or beeing followed while you have Halcyon open. What it misses is counting the boosts and not counting direct messages. This point can be optimized but in general the number at the timeline will never be completely exact as it doesn't count at all what you've done with other clients while Halcyon was running.
