When you open a toot on Halcyon that has replies and then try to use the "Copy link to Toot" menu item on one of the replies, it does not work.
It will work on the main toot and also once you click on the reply so that it gets opened "properly", but not when you try to copy the link in the thread itself.

Thank you for reporting this! That's a known issue I totally forgot about,sorry. It should be easy to fix. I'll try to do that as soon as possible.
