I use the search often, to monitor some hashtags (which you currently can't follow) at the fediverse.
It would be useful, if we could add an list of most recently used searchterms / hashtags as a autocomplete combobox (see mockup).

Nice idea,I'll add that to my todo list and try to add this feature soon.
Search suggestions are not supported by the Mastodon API so Halcyon must save the search history client-side on the browser.
That means searches in other clients or other browsers/devices can't be included to your suggestions but local suggestions should be possible.
