The source here won't be changed for that reason but there's a simple trick you can add indentation yourself with a single click.
Go to your Halcyon instance,open Firefox' debugger,select the file you want to view and click "pretty print" in the bottom line of the editor.
In Firefox that will only work for the client side scripts but I'm sure that some normal text editors have the same feature.
