Course filters can be unreliable because the one creating the substitute plan might type things inconsistently or in an unpredicted way. So optionally, the user should be displayed all entries for their grade, and the ones that match both grade and course should be highlighted additionally.

Entries which match multiple filters (e. g. affectedClass and course) are now highlighted.
