In addition to "favourite" I'd like to see:

  • Fun
  • Insightful
  • Disagree

And in additional to reporting and/or blocking/hiding a notice, also mark/report why:

  • troll/trolling
  • disinformation/misinformation
  • nsfw (and not marked as such when it's supposed to be)
  • hateful

Additional subcategories of "fun" & "insightful" under "popular"

addendum: It's been brought to my attention that troll needs to be neutral because that's generally subjective and trolls will resort to using anything else instead, so having a neutral positioning might help them be less of a bother. lol

agree | insightful | fun | troll | disinfo | disagree || report --+-> nsfw | hateful | breaks ToS

maybe report could pop open a text box to contact the webmaster (e-mail? XMPP? subjects auto-filled) and the notice could be linked along with the category (breaks ToS etc) and then a message from the user.

And now, more filters for popular/trending notices :D

This doesn't add much, something to consider tho would be to replace favourites with up/down votes as in reddit. In microblogging I don't think it makes sense to have downvotes as the essence of the post often won't be to be all that informative. Hence, I guess we can just maintain the favourites as we already have.
