addendum: It's been brought to my attention that troll needs to be neutral because that's generally subjective and trolls will resort to using anything else instead, so having a neutral positioning might help them be less of a bother. lol

maybe report could pop open a text box to contact the webmaster (e-mail? XMPP? subjects auto-filled) and the notice could be linked along with the category (breaks ToS etc) and then a message from the user.

This doesn't add much, something to consider tho would be to replace favourites with up/down votes as in reddit. In microblogging I don't think it makes sense to have downvotes as the essence of the post often won't be to be all that informative. Hence, I guess we can just maintain the favourites as we already have.
