Bumps the kernel version to latest 4.9.92. Includes bc documentation change as in master. Also used $KVER to remove build/source files as it was trying to remove for 3.14.x before.

I've made a few more changes since the initial pull request. They are working fine for me, but you may want to cherry pick these.
