[Suggestion]

I see a lot of your dotfiles are directly in the root directory, but if you're using GNU stow anyway, I like this method. (slightly cleaner/modular/flexible in my opinion)

I'm doing that for my one too, although my one is constantly changing right now.

Interesting. Sorry I didn't notice this for a few months >_> The main thing I will need to mull over, is I was avoiding using the leading '.' in my file names.
