#3 Redirect HTTP to HTTPS

Currently the HTTPS version of dustycloud.org works, but the HTTP version doesn't automatically redirect to it. I know you're busy with the ActivityPub test suite, but wanted to file this and #2 anyway so they didn't get forgotten. <3
