This Program use To convert text to speech its use Festival as back end

to run rose text to speech

you nede install Festival in rpm distributions: You can quickly install Festival on your systemd through the command line interface with: dnf -y install Festival

in deb distributions: You can quickly install Festival on your systemd through the command line interface with:

sudo apt-get install Festival
