This mod offer a way to create MV and HV Battery boxes with new kind of batteries.

The craft of a HV battery box can be a pain in the ... You have to create 125 single batteries to create 25 lv battery boxes, to create 5 mv battery boxes to create ONE HV battery box.

With new mv battery and hv battery this crafting is much easier. The batteries uses acid (vinegar) and offer a possibility to create vinegar with technic machines.

Batteries

Two new kind of batteries are introduced:

MV battery as nickel based battery (NiMH)

HV battery as lithium based battery (LiMH)

Booth are using dust of nickel or lithium, together with sulfur dust. Like the cables of mv and hv tier, the mv battery uses fiber for insulation. The hv battery uses plastic strips for insulation.

As liquid booth types of battery are using acid. Anything belonging to the group:vinegar will do.

Battery boxes

The creation of the mv/hv battery boxes should not be too much easier compared to the old way. The craft is similar to lv battery box: In the center a machine casing and in the bottom the corresponding cable for mv/hv.

As battery element the mv/hv battery is used. For the enclosure of the mv battery box steel strips are used. For the enclosure of the hv battery box a combination of carbon plate and composite plate is used.

New nodes

Following new metals are introduced:

Lithium as lump inside granite. You have to find granite layers, where lithium can be found.

Nickel as standard lump.

Booth metals are not really common for minetest. They are used for the batteries and should not drive out other lumps.

Acid / vinegar

As acid vinegar out of several fruits are used. This is not realistic. In real hich active acid like sulfur acid are used. But generating of sulfur acid within technic mod is also not in a realistic way possible.

As long as technic mod or other mod offer no realistic way to create vinegar, following recipe is used:

1. Use alloy furnace to combine fruit with bucket to create must of fruit (apple, rhubard, blueberry). Use 16 parts of fruit and one bucket to create one bucket of must.
2. Fermentation is done by furnace to get bucket of vinegar out of bucket of fruit.
