#7 not voting freezes other players

If a player or two don't vote all players on the level will be stuck in place until those players vote. Should they leave before voting I think the entire level is stuck. Some sort of timer should be implemented so that can't happen. Maybe 60 seconds after the last vote if possible.

yeah, 60 seconds would be less to talk about them and vote so 120s or 180s could work give like 1 or 2 mins to talk and the last min make decisions and vote.
