Replaced SITEURL and SITE_URL references with SiteProtoDomainTLD. Not setting SITEURL throws a warning, but it looks like pelican knows about this value and uses it implicitly in templates not explicitly included. So users should just not set SITEURL.

Changed body background and text colors in the style.css. Also, n the base.html, fixed the tags cloud and updated the logo and avatar graphics spec.
