Replaced SITEURL and SITE_URL references with SiteProtoDomainTLD. Not setting SITEURL throws a warning, but it looks like pelican knows about this value and uses it implicitly in templates not explicitly included. So users should just not set SITEURL.

Forking the original project. Removed discuss. Removed hyperlink images. Changed directory structure towards using clean URLs, but not complete. Changed archive directory name.
