idemacs has some work for the client side and the db layer. Unfortunately the python looks lacking, but I already have many ideas for that.

Going to combine these and close the others since they belong together:

#5 Add recipe for a python IDE
Start with either jedi-starter or ropemacs_py3k.

#9 Look into support for omnisharp-emacs
Next time I have to work on a csharp project I'll try this one out (because I'd really like to avoid needing the full monodevelop IDE again) and if it requires any special config, I'll include it in the project.
