#4 Empty org metadata gets rendered to the page

For example, a line such as: ``` #+KEYWORDS: ``` Since pandoc doesn't know what to do with it, a warning check from fenrisg would be nice. Maybe newer versions can handle it, though. I currently have pandoc 2.2.1.
