Description

Simple script to parse a list of Fediverse accounts that prints out

  1. how many accounts you follow per instance
  2. how these instances are distributed per platform

The list of the fedi accounts you follow can be obtained in the Mastodon settings ("Import and export") and probably in a similar manner on other platforms.

Usage

python instancecounter.py following_accounts.csv
