#14 consider calling this GNU/Ethereum

Since we're keeping GPL3 this would effectively differentiate this branch from other branches. (you'd think you'd need permission to be a GNU project but then has Linus Torvalds ever asked permission to call Linux based OS's GNU/Linux?)
