Tasks of a researcher include:

• Authentic desire and drive to commit to the research program.
• Willingness to develop further and learn in a multidisciplinary environment of talented people and high-end facilities.
• Fun in solving problems, carrying out analysis and working with attention to detail.
• Independently managing a project, conducting and documenting a research project.
• Planning, designing, putting into practice and controlling all laboratory and experimental work.
• Participation in curricular and extra-curricular activities, such as lectures, soft skills courses, methods courses, retreats, presentations, PhD committee, thesis committee.
• Team working with other scientists and mutual support in experiments.
