ADD Homework Latex Template

If you want to make drawings with inkscape or dia, we provide you with
Makefiles, which can be used to convert *.svg and *.dia files to PDFs. Just run
make in the appropriate directory. The PDFs are then placed in the dia/pdf and
inkscape/pdf subdirectories.
