  10. is a script that is normally run by a user contacting Digium's support
  11. to automate gathering support information.
  12. It will probe the system for some configuration and run-time information,
  13. and will also prompt the user for some optional access information (IP
  14. address, login and password).
  15. The information is written to /root/digiuminfo which the user is expected
  16. to attach to a support ticket to Digium.
  17. The script must be run as root as it reads Asterisk's configuration and
  18. the disk information using hdparm(8).
