#9 Add Parameters to CLI to specifiy concurrency and file path/name

When executing D-FI from cli, you have an option to specify path and quality.

Would like to have the ability to control the concurrency and file/path naming convention in the same manor.

This would negate the need for the config file and allow for better scripting

Having both would be the most flexible.

You can now specify concurrency with the next release! Take a look at updated readme!

Awesome, what about file naming/path?

Not planned right now. Need more valid reason since config can do that already. You can create a new issue about that and close this one.
