#67 m3u8 creation error with special characters

When downloading a playlist that contains a track's artist name with a special character (such as é in Beyoncé), d-fi does not work as expected and m3u8 file is not created. d-fi responds with "error [true-case-path]: Called with /path/to/folder/.flac, but no matching file exists"
