#32 d-fi-win 1.3.8 not downloading

When trying to use with Spotify link I get this for d-fi-win 1.3.8.

x fatal Unexpected token % in JSON at position 9.

How do you go about applying this fix via Windows? The source code for 1.3.8 is missing when downloaded. Thanks
