#12 Add deezer album artist id as a naming parameter

Deezer gives each artist a unique artist id, just like the album/song id.

This would prevent issues where its possible to have 2 different artists with the same name and being stored in the same folder.

This would also enhance automated scripting...

You can specify this on config with {ART_ID}
